Does any 51mm scale fit the Chefman CafeMaster Pro?

No. The nominal size is only the first check. Model-specific locking geometry, basket depth, mounting pattern, or clearance may also matter. The portafilter's ear/lug geometry appears proprietary to this Chefman group. Even a correctly-sized 51mm third-party bottomless or spouted portafilter may NOT lock into the brew head.
