The EM450M is a forgiving 51mm pressurized starter machine, so upgrades should chase repeatability and a path off the dual-wall baskets rather than chasing pro parts it can't use.     Replaces the bundled plastic scoop-tamper with a real 51mm flat tamper, giving you a level, consistent puck - the single biggest cheap improvement on this machine.

    A single-wall (non-pressurized) 51mm basket removes the crema-faking dual wall so grind and tamp actually matter - the upgrade that unlocks better flavor.
